Leather Dussack
A leather training dussack for use in HEMA, inspirsed by those seen in the treatises of Joachim Meyeer.
Made from thick, hand stitched 4mm leather and supported by a wooden spine this is a durable and light training tool.
The edges are burnished with beeswax to make them smooth, though with some tack to them for binding. The entire surface is finished with a wax/oil mix to provide protection and durability to the leather (this should be repeated at times to stop the leather drying out too much and risking cracking, though it shouldn't require this frequently)
