Making a purchase:
Everything I make is made by hand and often to order. If an items availability is listed as “In Stock” it will usually be able to be shipped within a few days.

Items ‘Made to Order’ could take up to 4 weeks (occasionally longer) to ship. This is to allow time for the making of your product, which in some circumstances will also require a delivery of materials to me, and to account for shipping time.

Once your item is shipped you will receive an email notification including any tracking information if applicable.

Bulk Orders
If you are making a bulk order, please contact me before doing so as this may take longer than usual to fulfil. Bulk orders are those that cost over £600.

Shipping Information
I ship most of my products using either Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
The cost of shipping is added at the checkout, and once shipped will normally take 2-3 days to reach you in the UK. If your need your order by an upcoming date please contact me first, so that I can do my best to fulfil this - this is extra important if the item will be Made to Order

Picking Up Orders
If you choose to pick up your order, once it is ready you will recieve an email confirmation that your order has been fulfilled. Please email me to arrange a pick up date and time.
If you wish to pick up an order at an event, the order must be placed at least 4 weeks prior to the event to ensure it will be ready in time. The events I am attending in 2026 are:

International
Due to a variety of factors linked to calculating international shipping please contact me if you are looking to buy from outside the UK so I can give you an accurate quote and timescale for shipping. This is to ensure everyone gets the best possible price no matter where you’re buying from.
